I am currently working at the York Clinic for Integrated Healthcare on Tuesdays and Thursdays. My treatments include specialised remedial deep tissue massage, movements and mobilisations designed to help the body recover from musculo-skeletal injuries and conditions. My aim is get people back doing what they want to be doing as quickly and effectively as possible whether it be an old or a new injury.

I qualified in Remedial massage at the renowned Northern Institute of Massage and am a member of the National Association of Massage and Manipulative Therapists. Like everyone, I have suffered my own fair share of aches, pains and injuries so fully understand the problems they can cause and benefits you can receive from having them successfully treated.
